DEFAULTS REMOVAL
Credit Defaults are when you fail to pay your financial commitments towards your service providers. These may include utility, phone & internet, credit cards & personal loans.
If the amount overdue is over $150 and outstanding by more than 60 days, the service provider may choose to register a default on your credit file. Unpaid defaults can stay on your credit report for upto 5 years.
JUDGEMENT
REMOVAL
Court Judgements are only listed when there is a financial dispute between yourself and the service provider (creditor). It indicates legal action, and a decision from the court that the money is payable to the creditor. The court judgements also gives the creditor the authority to enforce action against you for collection of the outstanding debt. This will most likely be listed on your credit file resulting in a low credit score.
DEBT NEGOTIATIONS
Debt negotiation involves us contacting your creditors to seek reduction of your outstanding balance. It also includes negotiating realistic payment instalment terms with your lenders to avoid any escalations towards your credit file.
